PrecisionTx® uses a small cannula that is carefully inserted into the targeted area. The side-firing SideLaze800™ laser fiber delivers energy directly under the skin. The laser energy first targets the fat collection (which is then removed by technique of liposuction with a very fine cannula) of the neck, including the submental area (under the chin). It is then used to stimulate collagen production for skin tightening, resulting in a more contoured neck and jawline. Patients typically experience mild swelling and bruising for 7 to 14 days with final results of tightening seen in approximately 6 months.*
Who is a candidate for a PrecisionTX® “laser neck lift”?
Ideal candidates for PrecisionTx® are not markedly overweight and have a fat collection under the chin area, with or without a mild to moderate amount of loose skin.
