As Medical Director of the Aesthetic and Vein Center MD, Dr. Miller is always available on the premises. He is supported by caring and knowledgeable staff, including a team of Nurses and Aestheticians, who all have an extensive background experience in their respective fields. They will meet with you in a private setting, allowing you to feel comfortable as you take advantage of the many cosmetic enhancement treatments that are offered.

Lyne Tousignant – Clinical Coordinator
Lyne has been our Clinical Coordinator since the opening of our Vein Center in May 2005. She has been instrumental in the recertification of our Vascular Laboratory, which occurs every three years, by the well-known Intersocietal Accreditation Commission.
Lyne is a Registered Phlebology Sonographer (RPhS), reflecting her expertise in the highly specialized field of phlebology ultrasound, and received her Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing at the University of Montreal. After working in the Vascular Department at McGill University, she studied ultrasound and practiced as a vascular nurse and technologist. She supervised and led the noninvasive Vascular Laboratory at the Sir Mortimer B. Davis Jewish General Hospital in Montreal for more than 10 years.
Lyne has been leading Botox Cosmetic and facial dermal filler consults with Dr. Miller for more than 10 years and assists him in performing aesthetic treatments. She is CoolSculpting and PCA skin certified. Lyne is not only more than qualified in both venous disease and the aesthetic field, but she is also happy to guide you through the entire process of consultation and treatment. Her undeniable artistic sense and knowledge in the field of aesthetics are highly regarded by our patients and integral to our day-to-day success.
Laurie McGregor – Aesthetic Coordinator
Laurie has been in the aesthetic field for over 15 years and is a graduate of the advanced aesthetics training program at the Catherine Hinds Institute of Esthetics in Woburn, MA. Early in her career, she spent two years as supervisor of an Elizabeth Grady spa. In 2014, she became a Certified Aesthetic Consultant through The Aesthetic Practice Association, a highly recognized organization worldwide. With this vast experience, Laurie assists Dr. Miller in body shaping and laser consults.
Laurie has been instrumental in the development of our busy CoolSculpting and non-invasive body shaping program. She is currently our CoolSculpting team leader, and first attended CoolSculpting University in 2015. In June 2018, Laurie earned her CoolSculpting Masters as part of CoolSculpting University’s first Master class on the East Coast. With technical skills in several treatments, Laurie will take care of your aesthetic needs while ensuring that you have the best possible experience from consultation all the way through to treatment follow up. She is also certified in chemical peels and skin products including PCA Skin and Obagi. With her attention to detail, superb technical skills in CoolSculpting and Exilis Ultra, Laurie is an invaluable asset to our aesthetic practice.
Jolene Beaulieu – Licensed Aesthetician
Jolene has more than 10 years of experience as a medical aesthetician and is a graduate of the Catherine Hinds Institute of Esthetics in Woburn, MA, where she completed 1,200 hours of training to become a Master Esthetician.
Jolene’s advanced training has allowed her to maintain a high level of satisfaction among her clients. In 2016, she completed a specialized training course at CoolSculpting University to enhance her skills in and knowledge of the aesthetic field’s hottest technology. Jolene has also trained and mastered the Exilis treatment and earned certifications in microdermabrasion, chemical peels, photofacials and PCA skin and Obagi.
We are proud to have Jolene as a part of our team at the Aesthetic & Vein Center MD. She is a professional aesthetician who will use her experience to understand your needs and will make it a priority to help you meet your goals.
Brenda Matte – Registered Nurse
Brenda is a pillar of the AVCMD team and has been with us for more than 12 years. Having developed an expertise in the field of phlebology, she has assisted Dr. Miller in the majority of the vein procedures carried out in-office and has gained extensive experience in body shaping as the aesthetic business has continued to grow.
Brenda is certified in SmartLipo TPX for laser assisted liposuction, PrecisionTx and Cellulaze, and has assisted Dr. Miller in over 500 of those body shaping procedures.
Brenda received her nursing degree from Newport Hospital School of Nursing and worked in a hospital environment in various departments for three years. She also spent a few years as a visiting nurse and teaching patient care and cardio-pulmonary resuscitation.
With a commitment to patient safety and well-being, as well as strong knowledge and skills, Brenda will be happy to guide you through the entire treatment cycle, either for varicose and spider veins or for laser assisted liposuction.
