Exilis Ultra™ is a non-invasive technology that combines radiofrequency (RF) and ultrasound energy to tighten skin of the face and body and to address body contouring concerns, including cellulite.
Exilis Ultra™ uses a breakthrough combination of RF and ultrasound to simultaneously reduce fat deposits and tighten skin. Specifically, the ultrasound element of this advanced device uses RF to heat the tissue faster, easier and more effectively to liquefy targeted fat cells without causing damage to other tissue.
Exilis Ultra™ is safe, has been clinically tested, and is FDA-cleared for use in aesthetic procedures.
WHAT AREAS OF THE FACE AND BODY DOES EXILIS ULTRA™ TREAT?
The Exilis Ultra™ system can be used on the face and body as shown above.
- SKIN TIGHTENING: Exilis Ultra™ improves the appearance of loose skin by heating the deep level of skin collagen, causing it to tighten. As collagen growth is stimulated with this skin tightening treatment, you will see firmer skin over time.*
- BODY CONTOURING: Exilis Ultra™ precisely heats the subcutaneous tissue (deeper layer under the skin), destroying fat cells by liquifying them, thereby smoothing the appearance of the treated area. The skin tightening component of the treatment is usually added for body contouring purposes.

EXILIS ULTRA™ TREATMENT AND RECOVERY
The treatment is an in-office procedure done at The Aesthetic & Vein Center MD. During your consultation, Dr. Miller will discuss your aesthetic goals, conduct an examination, and determine if you are a good candidate for Exilis Ultra™. The procedure is safe and usually requires multiple treatments, which are conducted one to two weeks apart. And most patients do not need any downtime after treatments!*

This upgrade means that the heat used to tighten skin and reduce fat is (1) distributed more evenly and (2) gets to its target more quickly—resulting in increased comfort for patients and typically better results.
EXILIS Ultra Femme 360™ simply provides a hand piece for vaginal tightening and is not offered at AVCMD.
