Our highly professional and knowledgeable staff at the Aesthetic and Vein Center MD realizes that patients need accurate information, skilled care, and close personal attention.

Our goal is to ensure that your experience at the Aesthetic and Vein Center MD is pleasant and to help you feel as reassured and relaxed as possible. Each member of our team maintains up-to-date training so that we are able to provide you information on all of the latest techniques and products.

As Medical Director of the Aesthetic and Vein Center MD, Dr. Miller is always available on the premises. He is supported by caring and knowledgeable staff, including a team of Nurses and Aestheticians, who all have an extensive background experience in their respective fields. They will meet with you in a private setting, allowing you to feel comfortable as you take advantage of the many cosmetic enhancement treatments that are offered.

Each staff member is here to assist you in having the most positive experience as you achieve your desired goals.

Laurie McGregor
Aesthetic Coordinator

Laurie is a professional with extensive experience, who attended the Catherine Hinds Institute of Esthetics in Woburn, MA where she completed the advanced training program. Laurie has been in the aesthetic field for over ten years, during which she spent two years as a supervisor of an Elizabeth Grady Spa.

Recently Laurie became a Certified Aesthetic Consultant through The Aesthetic Practice Association, which is a highly recognized organization worldwide. Her experience with skin rejuvenation and resurfacing, cellulite treatment, chemical peels, facials, and skin products including Obagi, will help you make the best choice for your specific aesthetic goals.

As our Aesthetic Coordinator, Laurie will take care of your aesthetic needs while ensuring that you have the best possible experience from the moment you walk through the door until your treatment process is complete. With her attention to details, her superb technical skills and her involvement in our SmartLipo program, Laurie is an invaluable asset for our aesthetic practice.

 

Lyne Tousignant
Clinical Coordinator

Lyne received her Bachelor Degree in Nursing at the University of Montreal. After working a few years in the vascular department at McGill University, she studied ultrasound and became a vascular nurse/ technologist. She was in charge of the non invasive Vascular Laboratory at the Sir Mortimer B. Davis Jewish General Hospital in Montreal for more than 10 years.

Lyne has been our Clinical Coordinator since we opened the Vein Center in May 2005. She was instrumental in the recent recertification of our Vascular Laboratory by the well known Intersocietal Commission for the Accreditation of Vascular Laboratories.

Over the last 2 years, Lyne has also been helping Dr. Miller with aesthetic services such as Botox Cosmetic and facial dermal fillers. She will be happy to guide you through the entire process of consultation and treatment. Her undeniable artistic sense and her knowledge in the field of aesthetics are a great asset to our practice.

 

Brenda Matte
Registered Nurse

Brenda received her nursing degree from Newport Hospital School of Nursing. For several years, she worked in a hospital environment in different departments. She also spent a few years as a visiting nurse. In addition she has done extensive teaching in patient care and cardio-pulmonary resuscitation.

Brenda has been with us for over 5 years. She developed quite an expertise in the field of Phlebology and has been assisting Dr Miller for most of the vein procedures carried out at the Aesthetic and Vein Center MD.

In 2009, Brenda also received a certificate of training using the Cynosure SmartLipo MPX for laser assisted liposuction. Having helped in over 170 SmartLipo procedures, she has developed extensive experience in the field of body shaping. She is an invaluable asset to our practice.

Brenda will be happy to guide you through the entire process of consultation and treatment, either for varicose and spider veins, or for laser assisted liposuction.

 

Jolene Beaulieu
Licensed Aesthetician

Jolene attended the Catherine Hinds Institute of Esthetics in Woburn, MA where she completed the “Master Esthetician” program. She has been in the aesthetic field for 7 years, including two years as a laser technician in Peabody, MA, where she was eventually promoted to the position of clinic supervisor.

Her advanced training has allowed her to maintain a high level of satisfaction among her clients. Her certification and experience in VelaShape cellulite treatment complements many of our Body Contouring Services. Furthermore, she has certification in Microdermabrasion, Chemical Peels, Facials, Photofacials and Obagi skin products.

We are proud to have Jolene as a part of our team at the Aesthetic and Vein Center MD. She is a professional aesthetician who will use her experience to understand your needs and will make it a priority to help you meet your goals.
